Fabio Caputo


Born in 1991 in Italy, he began his studies of dance in Bari. In 2010, he started professional study in dance  in the National Academy of Dance in Rome where in 2013 he obtained with honors BA in Contemporary Dance.

He perfected his technical and artistic training in Italy and abroad with B. Jones, F. Ludin, N. Watt, G. Caciuleanu, S. M. Fuciarelli, M. Shumacher, R. Watts, U. Robb, I. Perez, M. Bigonzetti, G. Di Cicco, A. Vidach, L. Aris, S. Ostheimer, M. Shani, A. Quesada, S. Myllylahti, R. Giordano, N. Wollny, Min Li, K. Kusuda and many others.

He was an interpreter for the choreography of A. Borriello, J. Fontano, S. Fridman, J. Bulnes, G. Velardi, S. Massignani, E. Gat, R. Giordano, G. Di Cicco, T. Hauert, I. Galili e O. Pichler.

He’s worked in productions directed by directors such as C. Loy, D. Tcherniakov, D. Livermor, G. Gaglione, M. Martone.

He dances for istitutions such as Nationale Opera & Ballet, Roma Europa Festival, Biennale-College Dance, Beijin Dance Academy National Academy of Dance in Rome, Teatro dell’Opera Carlo Felice, Teatro dell’Opera di Roma.

He is a choreographer and dancer in Tomagra produced by Officina Accademia Teatro for the Festival 100 scale in Potenza; choreographer of Il Funerale del Padrone directed by M. Di Michele for the Teatro India in Rome.

He collaborates since 2016 with the company DEOS of Genoa.
