The class:

“I see the class part as a research into the body and part as a way to really move in space. Through a slow but active warm up I wish to get to a point in which the dancers are really moving in space using release sequences. The class that I teach is a class that focuses on getting the body warm through awareness exercises and routines that require bringing concentration and breath to different parts of the body in order to be able to dance to the maximum of our potential.
Obviously I like dancing,we will dance, that’s for sure. I find teaching class a really great experience to connect with the joy to move and feel satisfied with ourselves..I want the dancers to finish the class feeling like they just had a good time!”
